All Year 9 students will be sent an email "Choose Your Subjects" on the day of the Options webinar. A link in this email will take them to the choices form.

It is important that all students make their initial choices by the end of the week of the webinar. We will use these initial choices to test the system and to use the data collected to start building next year's timetable. The choices that students make will be saved and can be viewed at any time. Final choices can be made any time up to the 9 December. All choices made before this deadline will be considered equally. 

Whilst we make every effort to accommodate all students' choices, we always have a few students that we cannot schedule into their first choices, due to their combination of subjects or too few students selecting that course. Therefore, we ask students to make reserve choices. 

When a course is not running due to insufficient numbers we will contact the students concerned as soon as possible to find an alternative course which will likely come from their reserve choices. When this happens we will treat the reverse choice the same as we would do a choice made before the deadline.

Students will get a chance to change their choices in term 3. However, as the timetable will be set by then, there may be classes that are at capacity, therefore students wanting to join with be placed on a waiting list. 

Please note that there are some subjects that can not be studied together.
